I came into Firestone because my tires wore out sooner than I expected, and I’m so glad I did. Nick and Enrique were incredibly helpful and took the time to walk me through my options. They worked with me to get a fantastic deal on a new set of tires, which I truly appreciated. Even better, they fit me in the same night right before closing, which was absolutely great and above and beyond. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I’m extremely happy with the service here and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

My car was towed in on 1/26. I called them prior to tell them it wouldn’t start/doesnt drive. It took them 4 days to look at it. Gave me 3 different excuses why they couldn’t look at it. Then told me they couldn’t do the repair but told the warranty company they could. Fast forward 3 more weeks the part came in was told a different story multiple days in a row about why it wasn’t started yet. First excuse was the were busy and my car was going to take up two bays. Then was told that someone was sick and they couldn’t get to it. Then was told that tool they needed to do the repair was broken. It took them 4 additional days to figure out what to do next. After I asked them to call the warranty company and tell them they couldn’t do it. But they continued to waste more time. Only to be told

The alignment check is valuable - many places don't do that before you have to spend money. Lifetime alignment for $200 is a great deal for a vehicle I plan to keep for many years. Everyone was friendly. I always check my lug nut torque when I get home since so many places don't torque properly. All lug nuts seemed to be right around factory spec. Finally, tires were filled up to the correct air pressure - many places mess this up too. Great experience all around.

Everyone was very friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful. I made an appointment and was there about 30 minutes early and was greeted with respect and kindness, they had all my information and they started to work on my truck even before my appointment time. They got everything done and I was told just what was done and what is recommended. I was very pleased with how quick and easy it was.

I had such a great experience! The manager at AutoZone went above and beyond—he personally walked me over to Firestone next door, and the team there took amazing care of me. Everyone was professional, friendly, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Great service, great people, and even some good laughs along the way. Highly recommend both places!
