Incompetence at its best. The trades are supposed to have common sense. The genious behind the counter turned me away because my truck is a 1936 Chevy. I told him the only thing that is old is the body. For the life of him, he couldn't figure out that hot rods can have different parts on it. Probably a a Prius driver. It's time to shave your beard my man. Your man card has been revoked. Don't tell me its a store policy. I've been here a bunch for the same truck. The wheels are new and fit a Camaro. I'm stunned how little these people know about cars. Do you want them working on your ride. I hope he's just turning away business because he wants to go home and not because he's incompetent. Its hard to tell.

⸻ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience at Firestone thanks to the wonderful team. Travis, the manager, went above and beyond to help me. He was kind, patient, and truly delightful to work with. He even took a picture of my tire and explained the details of an upcoming Labor Day sale, which was incredibly helpful. When I returned a few weeks later, he was just as hospitable, professional, and welcoming. Michael helped me check out, and he was courteous, pleasant, and kind as well. It’s refreshing to encounter a team that not only knows their business but also genuinely cares about their customers. Thank you Travis and Michael for making the process so easy and enjoyable—I highly recommend this Firestone location!

Lying/condescending Travis and Co.- I’ve been a Firestone customer for 20 years in Massachusetts. My car was shaking and bucking- took to Wake Forest as it was the only auto body shop open the day after an ice storm. Received a call that my car needed a new air filter, and airflow sensor- and would cost $662. Picked my car up the next day, and as I drove off the lot, car was still bucking badly. Turned around- told Tomas that nothing changed, and I swear he had a look on his face like they forgot to fix my car. I asked to speak to the manager, and Travis walked out- told me they forgot to turn my check engine light off, they were going to put it on the lift, turn it off, and I would be ready to go to work by noon. 20 mins later, Travis sent a different mechanic out to tell me it was someth

First off HUGE SHOUTOUT to Travis...he went out of his way to replace the serpentine belt on my 4runner last minute ON A SUNDAY...I cannot thank Travis and firestone in wake forest enough. He kept it real with me on the process, price and my options...then he saw it was gunna take longer then expected so instead of tying someone else up he did the repair himself. You guys gained a customer today. Thank you!

As a loyal Firestone customer for over 30 years this was my first bad experience. I took my truck in to have the tires rotated. When completed I was given a list of “recommended” repairs. One item was “replacement of the air filter “. I ask the service advisor “ Mike” if they had looked at my air filter to see if it needed replacement before telling me it needed replaced. He said “ no that’s what the computer listed” Very disappointed that they will make “Recommendation” for a service without looking at the truck to see if was required. Had they opened the hood they would have seen I have an aftermarket intake system they don’t use the factory filter they recommend. Beware of any repairs Recommended by this location it seems to be run by a computer and not looked by humans.
