The past weekend, during our Christmas vacations, I had a “break down” on my f150. Called, took it in and they quoted $1800 for valve cover gaskets and seals and water pump replacement. Water pump was alright, very small leak, but the major issue was the spark plug coil seals. Had some oil leaking from 3 of them. With the quote they gave me they said they would replace seals and gaskets on both valve covers, replace spark coils and spark plugs. Well, they didn’t replace anything. The only new part I could see was the water pump. Spark coils are the same as before, they still even have smudges of dirt from me taking it off-roading. Great company. I called them up when I was in a pinch to get a Mobil mechanic out for help my install a new cv axel on my truck. I needed someone in 48 hours and worked hard and communicated great on having someone available. They were awesome on just communicating timeframes and got someone out for me on a Friday afternoon. Matt was great to work with and got it done super fast and even wanted to follow up to ensure it was a great install. Hard to find good, reliable and trustworthy mechanics and Mobil ones at that.
