Fleet Farm Auto Service Center

I brought my pickup in to have four used tires mounted and balanced along with an alignment. They brought it in at 11:11 and called me at 11:14 stating that they could not work on it due dry rot on the tires. I had no problem with that until they told me that my brand new front shocks were suddenly in need of replacement and that they conducted a suspension check without my asking. They proceeded to refuse service and gave me a bill for $21.79 for the suspension check that I did not request in the service comments or sign for prior to them working on my vehicle. I then spoke to the automotive manager who proceeded to try and tell me that my pickup was “bouncy” when they drove it 20ft into the bay. He continued to tell me after that he did not have anything to do with the service on my pick

The couple times I've been to this fleet farm the auto section is always under staffed so the few there seemed like they were trying to cover the work of 3 extra people. Maybe I was unlucky, but I think their auto center could use a few more employees and it would pay for itself, not many other options in the area which is probably why it's so busy, but in my case it cost them a full service and 4 new tires mount and balanced, instead I had to go to Fargo. It may have been coincidence but until I see otherwise the review stands, I'd much rather do my business at Fleet Farm than Walmart just because it's Saturday.

Place is clean. Tons to see. Staff are friendly and helpful

Great place for a quick oil change, and you can shop while waiting!

Got an oil change and found some things that need to be fixed on my daughter's car. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Ask before fixing/adding additional services. Price were very fair too. I will definitely go back!
