First time at this Flying Ace Car Wash location. Always a great wash with good customer service and… free dog treats and suckers for the kids. Free vacuums. Great location convenient to Mason and West Chester. If you like this review, please hit the ❤️
Would love to give 5 stars but unfortunately I am going to have to cancel my membership unless something changes. I go through the wash very often and pull over and dry immediately after. The last several months I am getting a soap film build up on my car because they are either using way to much soap or not enough water to rinse. I believe it is not enough water rinsing. Love the staff and everything about this besides the price increase along with less water being used to rinse. I will give it a couple more times and if it doesn't change I have to cancel.
I absolutely love this car wash! Every time I go the staff is so friendly. They even offer my little dog a treat. The free vacuuming is a huge plus. Everything is neat and in good working order. I joined and I’m so glad I did bc they have a separate members only lane so it’s quick in and quick out. I highly recommend this place!
Did a good job! White care is sparkling. My only issue is when you stop and pay, the attendant HOUNDS you about getting the membership. No thank you means just that…NO thank you…now please just let me get my wash.
***PSA - BECAUSE THEY DON'T TELL YOU*** Basic wash is now $11 - for a wash that barely looks like you went through a car wash. This place is ridiculous. They are not informing customers that the basic wash price increased Jan 1 from $7 to $11, which was already an increase from $5 only weeks after they just opened. Tip: Drive 10 minutes further to Mike's for a better and cheaper car wash and you will still be done quicker because you won't sit in line for 20 minutes while the attendant gives every single person in line the sales pitch about the membership. Despite the very convenient location, the giant price hike makes it a no-brainer to skip this place.
