Foothills Toyota - Service

Great place to have ur Toyotas serviced. I have not had experience with Sales, however Service is awesome. David is my service advisor and I must say they are very Fair and honest. Will not recommend anything that your vehicle don't need. Overall a good experience with Service I will definitely use them.

I stopped in a month ago with a 21 year old Toyota Sienna with 307,000 miles and starting to have an electrical connection issue when starting up. Nate Utt was very helpful and realized what the issue was after a short review. He was able to help replace a part that I would not have been able to do on my own and got me on my way in less that 60 minutes. Thank you Nate!

A NIGHTMARE to deal with. The sales department and paperwork was great, however everyone in the service department treats you as if you are bothering them, have no answers for your questions and get even more annoyed that you expect them to do their job. When you show up for your appointment They tell you that not all your parts are in and you’ll have to make another appointment, when a simple phone call and reschedule would have been the professional thing for the service department to do, but anybody that has dealt with the service department knows that they don’t care about the customers at Foothills Toyota.
