I didn't choose Frank Collision Shop on purpose. The place I originally wanted to go was so unfriendly. Frank Collision Shop welcomed me from the moment I walked in and tried to listen to my concerns, even though I wasn't fluent in English. In fact, they resolved everything I needed without me having to ask. First of all, when I got my truck, there was a tire pressure alarm and washer fluid problem, and also I am not a person who takes good care of my car, but after fixing my truck, he washed the inside and outside of the truck and gave it to me. I felt like I had a new car. If you have any issues with your car, don't hesitate to contact them. Whatever you think, they will achieve. You'll definitely see what a true professional is like. They did a great job and kept me informed of timelines, progress, etc. at reasonable intervals. Most of the work was an insurance claim but we had them repair some old damage at our expense, and their prices were quite reasonable. They also offer a lifetime warranty on their work. PJ, Chelsea, and Terry all went out of their way to make this as good an experience as getting a vehicle repaired can be. I have used two other local body shops but from now on I will go to Franks.

The customer service was excellent. We got our car in and out in a timely manner. The manager reached out to us when he felt like things were not right dealing with insurance. They send out text messages showing the progress of your car. I would highly recommend them.

We received excellent service from Frank’s Collision. The customer service kept us informed about the completion of our repair and when we picked up our car the work was excellent and our vehicle was immaculate inside and outside. We would recommend them to anyone.
