Absolutely first class operation. These guys are very professional and extremely good at their jobs.

I am very dissatisfied with the service I received at this car wash. It was my first visit to this shop, and I paid $37 for an interior and exterior wash through the tunnel, plus an additional $10 for 4 mats. They cleaned the interior so briefly that as soon as I paid and sat down to wait for my car, they informed me it was ready. However, when I checked, I found that they had barely cleaned anything. The dashboard, cup holders, side doors, trunk, and plastic interior trim were all still covered in dust. The vacuuming was poorly done, leaving a lot of dust and debris behind. They brought the mats back wet, and as soon as they were put in the car, they became dirty again. What is the point of cleaning them if they’re just going to get dirty immediately? People, please avoid this place at all cost!! They literally destroyed my brand new vehicle, it has scratches all over it, on the sides, on the roof, on windshield plastics, EVERYWHERE. When addressing these issues to the owner, he denied it, saying that he uses the same car wash all the time with no issues ( which is a notorious lie!! ), lies to police that he has no video recording of my car going through the car wash and refuses to take responsibility!! Be extremely cautious, this place should be shut down!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this car wash. I called them on Wednesday evening to ask for a quote to wash my Ram 3500, both exterior and interior. They quoted me $120, and I agreed. However, when I arrived, they suddenly informed me that they made a mistake and my truck wouldn’t fit in their automatic wash. Instead, it would need to be hand-washed, which would cost $220. While I reluctantly agreed to the higher price, it was incredibly unprofessional to change the price after I arrived—it wasn’t my fault their equipment couldn’t handle my vehicle! After paying $220 upfront and leaving my truck, I thought the ordeal was over. Don't go here at all, they charge 70 dollars for 5 minutes, they don't clean or wash anything, they just wipe it with a rag and that's it. If you say anything, he goes crazy and yells at the customer. The worst car wash in Illinois, the employees are useless.
