I really appreciate the professionalism and customer service. I came in with a budget, loving my car, and Gerber did a fantastic job meeting my budget without sacrificing their standards. I appreciate all their honesty, transparency, and fast turnaround. The Office team to the body work specialist were fantastic. I can't say enough good things. A HUGE thank you!

Staff was nice except for the gentlemen who I’m assuming was management of some sort that I talked to. Not sure if he was having a rough day but he was very inpatient, condescending, and clearly annoyed with me asking too many questions. I was going through them to determine the damage on a car that was eventually totaled, this was an older experience but I wanted to share since it kept be from going back as I am looking for more work done on a different vehicle.

Despite questionable reviews I chose Gerber (Burlington) because they were closest to me and recommended by my insurance company. I own that decision but would not recommend them to anyone else. My car was 15 years old, but it was mine and I took care of it. I did not expect perfection but a quality service. Sadly, a series of disappointments ensued. The shop's management was sympathetic and attempted to address my concerns. Upon arrival to pick up my car I noticed the driver's side floor mat was dirty with parking lot gravel on it. Not a good start. The left front fender, headlight and driver's rearview mirror had required replacement. The driver's door was also repainted. I noticed the fender was no longer flush or parallel with the hood and the protective vinyl was not applied to the mi
