I first started using Point s about 9 years ago when I was in The Dallas I got a flat tire right across the street from Les Schwab and walked across the street with my one and a half year old son that I had in the car with me and the lady behind the desk was completely and totally rude to me no customers in the store whatsoever just me and my one and a half year old and acted like I was inconveniencing her to have a flat tire replaced and kept snapping at my son for being a one-year-old and trying to talk so I walked out of the store back to my vehicle and upon walking up to my car right above it on the hillside was a Gill's point S for the Dallas sign. So I called them and had them come to a roadside flat repair for me the guy laughed so hard that I was parked directly across the street

Was going through madras after blowing a tire. Seen an add on market place that was actually past the date. The gentleman still took time to help me get set up. I mean set up with a good deal still. They got my van right into the shop and started doing the tire swap. Inside had popcorn and the environment was very chill. Had music going at nine level. I would recommend this place even if your local or not check em out he will do his best because he did for me and I’m not a local and I’m a stranger just a customer in need and he listened to my budget and got er done.

David the shop manager and Marcos the assistant and Chris the tire tech going above and beyond! Long story short, rear tire exploded 33 minutes away from there shop at 4:35pm. When I spoke with Marcos on the phone he said they have what I need instock plus more! The shop closes at 5pm, then after hour rate hits. They were willing to wait for me. Got there at 5:20. I’m very pleased they took the time to wait knowing how much of an emergency the situation was to make it back home. Not only did they save me money, they saved me money on 2 new tires! The customer service is very welcoming and quality as if the truck and rim was their own! Chris had even asked me if I would like the swap the old tires on the outside to be on the inside and new on the out. Those details meant a lot! That’s what

The employees was nice and attentive. I took my car there to get an inspection and see if I needed a wheel alignment and the inspection was free. I didn't have to wait too long. I felt comfortable with the results by the time I left.

After my experience with Point S, they have made a LIFETIME customer out of me. I got new tires from them a few days ago, and the next day I was coming home from redmond and my front left tire blew out. It later was discovered it was a screw in the road. I didnt know what to do, so i dropped off my keys and called them in the morning. They went and got my car and fixed the tire, thanks to the warranty. But it was in my eyes above and beyond service. They are affordable and they care about their customers driving experience and saftey. If you are thinking about coming to get some work done, then stop here and do it because you will not be disappointed.
