I’ve known Robert for little over a year while working for a local auto parts store in town. I have seen him and family do amazing work and miracles on peoples vehicles. When my mother called me saying she was just Rear-Ended and the lift gate of her Subaru was caved inwards, I immediately called Robert and asked if they could do the work since I know I can trust my moms car in their hands to fix it. The family is friendly and trustworthy. They will fix your damage professionally and in a timely manner. They had mom’s car fixed in little over 2 and a half weeks! 5 stars all the way hands down! These guys have helped me out multiple times, once with fixing an electronic vehicle, and twice with two of my trucks. They are quick, efficient, and knowledgeable in mechanics. Out of all the mechanics shops in Madras, this one is the best!

I've had two recent car accidents and brought both here, both being front end body damage. My vehicle was returned in excellent condition and ahead of schedule. They kept me up to date with texts. Lupe and all the techs I met are very professional, answered questions, and attentive to my needs and schedule. From the moment I walked in until the moment I picked up my car from having the work done that it needed, everyone was personable and didn't make me feel rushed with all of my questions.
