I was mid trip and had major transmission issues as I was near Mardras. I was down and out with little options. Zach let me pull into the yard and leave my truck indefinitely while he looked into a quote for parts and labor. I ultimately decided not to fix the truck because of its age and he agreed and didn't push for the business. Over the next few days, I was unsure of the timeliness I could get my vehicle out of his yard, yet he was nice and worked with me until I found a solution. I ended up renting a car hauler trailer from U-haul. Zach met me at the shop after hours on a Saturday to unlock the gate and help me load up my vehicle.
