We had a truck lose a radiator hose north of town about 3 miles. They brought out the parts and we was able to make the needed repairs. This is very unusual for a parts company to bring parts to a road side repair of someone who doesn't have an account or from the area. These people are amazing. Dave Suitter Trucking

If you EVER need auto parts and are in the area of Madras Oregon give their Napa store a shot!! These gentleman are unbelievable!!! We were on our way to Nevada and our RV burned completely to the ground we stopped at the Napa store in Madras after hours and these gentlemen were amazing! Raymond and Jerrod opened up their shop after it had closed and got us everything we needed. We were able to leave our 24ft trailer in their parking lot overnight and as long as we needed until we could find someone to fix everything the fire had destroyed and be able to tow it to our final destination. We didn't pay them anything until the next morning. They are truly a blessing!! When you have lost EVERYTHING you can't imagine how these gentleman's compassion, empathy, and professionalism means. Stopped in for window washer fluid walked back and fourth several times looking both guys at the desk just looking at me with there mouths open catching flys so there you go the business up the street received my money

Walked in, seconds later asked by a store clerk if I needed help. Asked if they had a 2000 Toyota Tundra air filter.... seconds later he appears with one. Price was right ($19). Bought it on the spot. Done. Wasn't in the store for more than 5 minutes. Excellent service and by far the quickest auto parts store experience I've ever had.

I was returning north from a weekend trip, and my steering belt broke. Auto shops were closed (Sunday). I was able to find this NAPA parts shop nearby. I purchased a belt, but I didn't know how to install it, nor did I have tools. Christian and Rich were kind enough to lend me the tools needed, and guide me on how to install the belt. I had to go back into the store a few times for some more guidance, but they were very accommodating. The belt was successfully installed and I was back on my way north. This experience really made my day, I could not be more appreciative of those two employees! Thanks NAPA!
