It seems there has been management change at this location? It is not very "instant" anymore. ? I have had a good experience with this business in the past... I there two days ago on 3-15-26 on at Thursday at 3:15pm. I had two cars in front of me so I knew there would be a wait... No big deal. So I got comfortable in my 4runner and I waited. I did not mind waiting because I am VERY picky about my 4runner that has over 250k on it, but I knew Evan who was (?) the manager there would make sure everything was done correctly. A little after 3:50pm I entered the bay to get my oil changed... I was a little concerned, because I did not see any of the crew from last time, including the manager Evan. There was only two guys in the building handling both bays, they seemed a little stressed and short
They’re always glass friendly and they don’t write racist things only Chasis like the last place use to. They’re always ver friendly with me before during and after my oil changes here in the 97741. Thank you
I've never had a better experience when getting oil changed! James and crew work very fast and efficient insuring they get the job done and get the vehicle back to the customer in a timely manner! Highly recommend this madras crew!

They are awesome. Pulled in for oil change. I didn't need. 😆 They let me know it wasn't due yet. Topped of my fluids and sent me on my way.
