Went in for a coolant flush,thermostat change out (mine was bad an stuck open and I didn't want to change it out during the cold snap we had) and an oil change. I was told my hood won't open so they manipulated it to open ( no phone call to ask or tell me what they did to get it open) which was really them breaking the latch and using pilers to pull the cable to pop the hood. They then stated it needed replaced for 1200 dollars. I declined this as at the time I didn't realize they had broke it until I picked up my car. Also they suggested my next oil change be at 15 thousand miles or 7/11 of this year, I only had 100,250ish miles at drop off. My little antenna ( its just the newer ones thats a plastic dome you see now a days) was broken as well. And now my car has a metallic spinning sound

I have a Ford that’s under warranty; seekins usually books months out at a time and I was able to get my vehicle checked out and back to me the same day of my appointment (which I only booked a few days prior). If looking to get your vehicle winterize then this shop will assist and I mean the fast service kine. I dropped my Jeep Cherokee and picked up the same day. Great service and people as well.

The team at Glacier Garage is absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to help me out, and I couldn't thank them enough. They were the only ones in town I found who were wiling to replace my coolant thermostat in my Mazda. But not only that, at the cheapest price I was quoted. Even their oil changes are the cheapest in town. I will 100% be coming back here for my future car maintenance!

Not sure that 630 is the norm for winterazation but definitely unhappy about charge for previous winterization removal on the bill and the old wiring not being removed just shoved behind the air manifold. Update in response to owners reply (not sure how to reply back). I know for a fact that is a lie for a couple reasons. 1 I got a full inspection on this vehichle and the heating pads had been stripped I'm pretty sure I have photos avalible. 2 the nice counter associate looked at the "removal" charge asked if I'd been told about it and tried to find photos or notes of why the additional charge. Unless she lied to me (for zero reason I can think of) she flat out stated there was no notes or photos that explained anything. 3 the wiring is not for that. I hate doing mechanic work but used to
