Goodyear Mequon - Trust Tire

Do your research before purchasing tires here. Purchased tires and have had a slow leak for months. Have taken the vehicle in to have it checked multiple times and leak continued after they said it was fixed. Still leaking air so took it in again and they told me they had to replace the valve stem, which cost $50. They do not tell you that stem replacement isn't done when new tires are installed. Vince stated it is normal practice at all shops to not replace the stems. This is not true. Called Costco to verify. Costco and other shops replace the stems when new tires are installed. I'll be getting my tires at Costco from now on.

Goodyear Mequon has helped me maintain/repair vehicles for many years. They run an awesome business, have great techs, and have gone the extra mile to get things done in great speed for me several times. Car trouble is stressful, but I have always found relief from these issues at Goodyear Mequon. Great place to go if in need of new tires too!

Trust Tire has gone downhill over the past few years. My last 2 experieinces was disasters... I had to wait 13 days for our car to be repaired, I constantly had to follow up, got nothing but excuses, and felt we were overcharged. No apologies... Because we bought our tires there, I took another car there for constant low tire pressure warnings. This was a consistent problem on all 3 sets of tires purchased there. Current mileage on the Assurance All Season tires was only 28,000 over 3 years; they were rated for 65,000 and 6 years. Vince would not provide a pro rata credit despite the tires only lasting 43% of what they are advertised to last, saying they were not the right tires for our vehicle. The actual maintenance work was fine and acceptable. The communication was pretty underwhelming though. Had to call myself several times to find out my car was ready for pickup several days later after getting two new tires and an alignment.

Thank you for the Excellent service. My low tire pressure light was on, & I noticed this Goodyear as I drove past. I stopped there with the slim hope, as it looked very busy, someone could check my tires. The manager had me pull around & one of the technicians helped me right away. He checked all tires & filled the low one. He told me which was low & suggested that I watch it, in case it goes low again. The employees I interacted with were pleasant, professional and helpful.
