Been going to jeff for more years than I can count, (long before he had white hair ) he’s helpful , knowledgeable, I’ve taken all my Company cars , personal cars , motor scooters , friends cars , his prices very fair and an honest man !!!

Took my car in to have it looked at He said it was my rack and pinion had it fixed cost me $2,100 but still making a noise after 2 days took it back then he told me it was my pump which would cost another 400. Had someone else look T it and tod me it was the same thing that was fixed. So was it fixed and he just charge me money? It makes a horrible noise when I turn. I don't have money to get it fixed again I'm on social security

Jeff is amazing, I just moved here from Tennessee, my mechanic back there I had for 15 yrs was honest and trustworthy, I come to Wisconsin and ask around and the majority said Mequon Auto Tech. I don't just trust anyone with my vehicles. I usually can figure out the problem first before I take it in and see if they are BSing me or not, I took my car twice to Jeff and each time he was honest and truthful. I recently experienced a serious oil leak days ahead of an important trip to the northern part of the state. Jeff was able to quickly get my vehicle into the shop, identify the problem and repair it. Great job by Jeff and his associate!
