Silver Spray Service

Oh heavens were they great! My grandma's car needed brakes, they took the car IMMEDIATELY! We did not have a ride home, it was not a quick fix, THEY drove myself and grandma home. I was floored at how gracious and helpful they were. The service was great and NO surprise parts. The bill, WOO, lower then ALL others I know. Cant say enough great things, No wonder my grandmother has been a loyal customer for over 20 yrs!!

They charged my friend $70 to remove the skid plate off his Land Rover for an oil change. They also charged $6.00 just to reset the oil change light… I stopped coming here years ago due to their sneaky hidden charges. This place is something you’d expect to find off Locust St. The waiting room smells awful, is extremely old, dirty, lighting is ancient, there’s ZERO air conditioning, the candy bars are put in the refrigerator so they don’t melt, the restrooms are absolutely awful, so old and gross. There’s literally a hole in the window in the girls room and you can see right into the restroom. That’s if you can make it there as you have to walk through a super dark, scary, and loud back room to get to them. Was in town for the weekend visiting family and my car broke down (clutch issues on my 2013 Passat) and needed to be fixed in order to drive home after our stay. They towed me and got my car back running very quickly. Just drove 300 miles home and the car ran great. Fair prices and did a great job explaining what they were doing and why.

I have used Silver Spray on 3 separate occasions and have had a great experience every time. The manager, Mike, is very friendly and spent time driving around in my car with me until we were able to replicate the sound I had been hearing on the highway. Also the prices are very reasonable and each time I had work done, they gave me a price breakdown of why everything costs how much it does, which is helpful for someone who is not Car-savvy such as myself. I also dealt with Chris and he was very helpful and professional. I would recommend Silver Spray to my friends and family in the future.

I have gone to Silver Spray for almost 20 years and find them to be extremely honest and knowledgeable. Prices are more than fair and I always feel as if they are watching out for my best interests. Case in point: My "alternative" car was 9 years old and had 100,000+ miles on it. When the exhaust system went out, Silver Spray repaired it for less than $300 by welding and fashioning parts instead of installing an $800+ new system. I also have purchased tires from Silver Spray on several occasions and their prices are extremely competitive. I have recommended Silver Spray to friends and neighbors, and will continue to do so. They're the best.
