I called for emissions dates & times. Jim answered & said they were currently open, waiting on me! (Friday 9:45am) I showed up at 10am. Jim was so welcoming when I walked into the shop to wait. Bruce had my vehicle tested within 5 min. Short & sweet. No complaints. I'll definitely be back in 2028 for the next emissions.

I have had Rick's do service on at least 4 different cars for me over the past 20 years or so and each time the service has been outstanding. The man in charge has always offered me several price point options with his personal recommendation for the most effective repair but he never pressures me into accepting the most expensive option. Lots of people here complain about emissions testing. This is one of the very few places in this area that will even do emissions and he's not making money off these tests. The fact that he even does them at a time when a growing number of shops have stopped is a testament to his commitment to the community. This is why there is always a long line when he opens his shop to do the tests. He has done full brake jobs for me, tire purchases, tire rotation

Tried to scam me. Went in for just an oil change. Guy at the front tried to be all "buddy buddy" with me, telling me how nice my car was. He said since the car was nice and wanted to keep it that way, he was going to give me a tire rotation (as if he was doing me a favor). It was my first time there, so I thought they were just trying to give me a gift to keep me as a customer. Something felt off though, so I jokingly/not jokingly said, "Thanks, since you're willing to do it for free I won't stop you," to which he replied, "Well, it's not free... it's $20 extra." I told him I was not going to pay him the extra $20, so he could give it for free or tell them to stop the rotation (as it didn't make sense for me to have them do it as I have tire insurance through Walmart that allows me to ge

I was given the quote on how much my car repairs will cost after I described what needed to be done. I confirmed the cost once again when I dropped off the car in the morning. When I picked up the car after the repair was done, I was given a final total which I questioned the number. I was told it was after the sales tax and after I got home, I did the calculation and it was $20 more than what it should have been. Reading the reviews submitted by others, it looks like this place has a tendency to overcharge their customers on a whim. Very disappointed.

Bad experience here. I came in to have my suspension inspected and they pushed for a tire change, new battery, and brakes. They asked what my budget was which to me is a slimy sales tactic to find ways to charge me for things I didnt need. Really frustrating when an auto shop tries to take advantage of you. I dont usually leave reviews but thought I can help protect others from making the same mistake.
