Dan at the service department has always been incredibly helpful and attentive to my needs with my A8L. While it’s true that owning an Audi comes with its own set of expenses, I’ve found that Northshore Audi’s service handling is consistently exceptional. I was going to write a long review but I’ll just keep it simple. The best - in every way possible - knowledge, communication, timeliness, price, and every other category. I will be using this shop as long as they are around.

These guys are terrific. Super friendly, really knowledgeable, and very happy to talk about your options and make the best decision. The latest time I was here was to get tires, and they researched a bunch of options, talked about the pros & cons of each, and had multiple price points. The work quality has always been great too.

Fantastic place. They're always honest with fair prices and explain things very well. They treat me the same as they treat my husband. I'm never left confused or feel taken advantage of. Truly a gem of a shop
