Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

I signed up for a membership at this new car wash a couple of months ago, and I’m so glad I did! The location couldn’t be more convenient—it’s right on my way to and from work, which makes it super easy to keep my car clean. The place is always neat, well organized, and the whole process is quick and efficient. I also love that they offer free vacuums and provide glass cleaner and clean towels for customers—such a nice touch! Big shoutout to Mekhi, who’s been super helpful during a few of my visits—always friendly and makes sure everything goes smoothly. Great customer service and an all-around great experience every time. Definitely recommend giving them a try!

The wash here is amazing! I really like that they provide touchless wash options, which is a big plus. When I came in with my dog, the staff even gave me two treats for him. The microfiber towels they have available are perfect—not too dry, not too wet, just the right balance. Everything is always clean and well-maintained, and you can tell they take pride in keeping the site in top shape. Each time I visit, it looks just as fresh and well-kept as it did when it first opened. Highly recommend.

Great experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa! My car came out spotless — super clean inside and out with no streaks at all. The whole area is always well-kept, and the staff are friendly and professional. We have typically used M_/<$ carwash and they were good but, we had to use Tidal Wave when we were out of town a couple of times and the other wasn't around...when we did we quickly found a better service! We now have a monthly package on one of our vehicles and will be purchasing on the other soon! Tidal Waves attention to service and detail is 2nd to none! Keep up the good work! We use the Tidal Wave in Mason, OH as well as the Tidal Wave in Somerset, KY and they are both awesome!

I am loving this car wash! Not a single ding on my crossover suv. The service is always so good but this morning was above and beyond. The gentleman opening saw me waiting before open and came right over to assist me. Every minute counts in the morning when getting on 71 so it was much appreciated. He even offered to wash my mats. So nice!! I also want to mention that my previous car had a membership in another area of town and I had so many dings. It always hit in the same area. I ended up cancelling and testing many washes. This one hasn’t left a single mark.
