Excellent service, fair price and work with insurance. Immediately diagnosed the issue and ordered parts and got approval by the insurance company. Travelers take priority since its your home. Sometimes parts could take 2 weeks, out of their control. Luckily our issue could be worked around and we continued to enjoy our trip. They did Excellent work, corrected something the dealer service shop messed up.

The staff was very friendly yet professional. All were very knowledgeable and capable which made my first, but not last visit great. I felt very comfortable that my vehicle was well taken care of. Special thanks to Adam who made sure things were handled accordingly. I'm glad I found this place, it's a little hidden, but the find is worth it.

My air went out without notice, It was so hot. The tech arrived to my house. I was pleasantly surprised with his response and knowledge with fixing my AC instead of just saying replace it. He did a great job with reasonable rate. I highly recommend him for your AC services.

These guys are FANTASTIC! We are traveling through Alaska. If these guys had wanted to take advantage of us it would have been very easy. Instead, they got us in a bay right away and quickly diagnosed the situation. Made a very simple repair and we were on our way. Great people you can count on!

Frank made it clear as soon as we contacted them that they prioritized travelers like we were. Within hours after our arrival they had a diagnosis. The parts arrived just before closing, so they let us overnight and had us out the door by a little past noon the next day. Jerry confirmed that we needed a new generator and engine starter battery and did the work. We also had them do an oil change and lube. We could not have asked for more professionalism, friendly reassurances, and positive outcomes. At the time of this posting, our power lithium battery alternator charging system runs perfectly.
