My vehicle is 3/4 paid off every time I got in there to make a payment there is nobody in there. The open sign is on but nobody is there! I have to wait for an unheard amount of time or come back later that day or another day. This is not professional at all & now I am being told once my vehicle is paid off I have to pay for the lien hold to be taken off. I definitely will not be doing that & that is what my attorney is paid to do.

I called a week ago asking what their cheapest car in the lot was as I'm just trying to find a cheap beater they told me the cheapest was $800 I'm like ok cool I can work with that and I asked tlwhat the down payment would be they told me it would depend. Ok cool get to today I go in after I got off work get there and told them I wanted to purchase the $800 car the guy didn't say anything just that I was forced to take it for a test drive to make sure I like it. Like dude if it runs and drives that's all I care about well you need to just make sure so I need your license so I did all that and not once did he say its not $800. Getting back on my feet after a rough year and needed a car in a pinch. After getting turned down at another used car dealership, this place was very helpful and worked with me every step of the way to get me into a decent Chevy Sonic. As expected the cars they are selling need work in some way but they have warranty on the engine and transmission. If you're out of luck with credit it's a great alternative to the junk on Marketplace, they will get you into a car you would normally not be able to buy. My biggest recommendation is to take it to a mechanic before buying, so you know EXACTLY what you're getting. 10/10 recommend for mere peasants like me, love my new car!

Bought a truck. Had a problem with over drive. They took it in to replace the transmission for free. Then when several weeks went by we still didn't have the truck back he made a payment for us even though we didn't need it. Jeff is awesome! More people need to get cars there and we'll get our next one there!

One of their employees (I'm assuming by the window decal they had on their trucks back-glass) was driving recklessly, going 80 in a 65 mph zone, and weaving in and out of traffic with no turn signals/ indicators.
