Honda of Burlington Service Department

I have no idea what to say but I just wanna say thank you for being so supportive and caring about customers, if you look at the pictures you can guess how much they love their customers,they provide such a great and huge waiting rooms for their customers, I did oil change my car for the first time In Burlington WA, I met this place found it Amazing, they have , coffees, and parts and everything was great and they are very friendly and professional people. Thank you so much for all your efforts and support for our community. See you again

Crooks. Literally Crooks. I had them perform my 100k mile service to change timing belt and spark plugs. I have the invoice showing they did both. I assumed it was done. Well, I just hit 135k miles, and engine was running rough. I checked the plugs and what do I find? Literally the original plugs had never been changed. This is NOT 35k miles of wear on these plugs. Oh, also, I found a bracket for the power steering hose that wasn't bolted in. Why? Turns out they stripped the bolt on that when they did the timing belt, apparently. NO ONE ELSE has ever worked on this car, and I had THIS dealer perform ALL service until the warranty expired. The ONLY work I have done myself is replacing tie-rods and struts, etc. This dealer's service technicians are more than willing to lie and NOT actuall

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Honda service center. My vehicle has had issues since the day I purchased it, and despite multiple visits, the problem has never been properly fixed. After a long wait, they still couldn’t resolve or even identify the issue. The female manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional. No one informed me how long I would have to wait. I was told by the salesperson that my maintenance plan included a free rental car, but since it wasn’t in writing, the service department refused to honor it. The maintenance plan is vague and misleading, offering little clarity or real benefit to the customer. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of service, transparency, and accountability. I’m sharing my honest experience and feeling and hope this review

I recently had my CR-V serviced at Honda of Burlington, and had a recall fixed at the same appointment. My Service Advisor was Noel Nunez, he was excellent! He has a great attitude, and excellent communication skills. He makes every effort to make everything go smoothly. I had the opportunity to observe him with several customers, and was so impressed how he dealt with every situation. I highly recommend him and the Service Dept.

I have had our older Honda in there for service three times now, from a major mileage service to an oil change. They have been fairly priced, haven’t tried to “sell” me services I didn’t need. They were on time and on price with service estimates. The front desk people explain things carefully and are extremely friendly. They have a comfortable waiting room with Wi-Fi, coffee, and it even has a “quiet” side so you can concentrate on any work you need to do while waiting. It’s great to be able to trust an auto service!
