Ira Ford Auburn Service Center

I have a truck that is under factory warranty, and I got a letter from Ford saying there is a recall. When I called Ira, they said there were no recalls… But I made an appointment to bring it in, and have it checked under warranty. when I showed up ; 1. They didn’t know when my warranty started, although I made an appointment a week earlier, 2. They said there could be $185 charge to diagnose the problem with my truck (that is fully under warranty), 3. They still couldn’t find any recall. And lastly, and most important to me, they made me feel like crap! No customer service, no happy greeting, they put me on the defensive almost from the time I got there. I will never go back and don’t suggest anybody to. This is not what good service looks like! 👎

Made an appointment for my mom. The woman at the front desk couldn’t be bothered to mention the $200 charge just to drop the car off over the phone, and couldn’t be bothered to drop her attitude in person. This place is a joke. Your classic sleazy car people. Find someone else to give your money to.

Since I got my car from another dealer in 2022 I have brought my explorer to this dealership exclusively. There was nothing wrong with the first one but not close, and I chose this one not because it is the closest ford dealer, but because I really enjoyed my experiences the first few times there. The staff is mostly helpful and the employees you interact with for the most part are very pleasant and knowledgeable. every time i left saying, this is why i bring my car here.... this brings me to 2 weeks ago: I had a few services done to my car 2 weeks ago, I asked for my 60,000 service and changed my tires. The next day my check engine light turns on (isn't that always the way). Someone calls me to ask about my service, I bring up the check engine light they skip right over don't address say

After the last oil change on a vehicle we rarely use, I later discovered months afterward that the oil dipstick was missing. I immediately contacted the service department, but after waiting for hours, I received no response. When I went in person to speak with a service representative, their first reaction was to say they wouldn’t “give me anything for free,” yet they also offered no resolution. I asked to speak with a manager, but I was told they were in a meeting and would follow up with me. That follow-up never happened. As the owner of multiple Ford vehicles, I find this lack of accountability and unwillingness to address such a simple issue very disappointing.

What's going on with your service department Ira? Scheduled an appointment for Saturday 8am and asked the rep to do a few extras. I got a call at 312pm that an inspection was done and they recommended several things to get done but they couldn't do it because they close at 4pm. They had my car all day performed zero maintenance and handed me a $2400 bill in which all the items would cost. Tires were in the bill for $1200 and I bought tires last June, still under warranty, they didn't take the time to review my history. I am super disappointed with their customer service.
