We are grateful for the excellent Customer service they provide. Recently, we had our vehicle serviced, and with their 30+ routine check, our battery needed replacement. They were able to fit us in to their busy schedule, and with the minus 30° degree weather, that was a blessing.

Part wait time was excessive. Overall communication was poor. Additional parts needed throughout the repair added to even more wait time. Total time without vehicle was a month. Was under warranty. A loaner or rental vehicle would only be available for 3 day, which should be the typical repair time.

Scheduled for oil change and this was done without issue. I did ask they check my engine light and a tire light which i was told by consultant it would be 189.95 to diagnose the engine and 39.99 for the tire. Needless to say i felt this was absurd and asked they just do the oil change which was seamless. I’m glad i didnt have them look it over as i brought it to the auto parts store and they diagnosed my code without issue for FREE and the tire shop only charged me to change the tire sensors that i suspected was the issue. I feel that a dealer whom i have been servicing my vehicle with since buying from them in first place would consider this more heavily in future before charging absurd prices for something i could do elsewhere. Misdiagnosed my 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500. My transmission has failed one week after they said there was nothing wrong with it in charge least $700 to change the fluids. They never test it after After dropping the transmission pan and doing the fluids. The truck was obviously slipping between gear shifts. No, I have to pay another dealer to drop the transmission pan to Have it inspected by an insurance adjuster I called and told them that after I drove away from the dealership, it was still slipping, And they said that they are technician and test drove it, and it was fine. Obviously, it wasn’t fine.

This was by far the worst maintenance experience I have ever had! I was told by the front desk staff when I dropped off my vehicle that it would be up to 2 hours for my service. I sat and waited. After 2.5 hours, I was told it would be just another 30 minutes. My appointment was scheduled for 10:15am, my service was not completed until 4:00pm!!! I waited in that lobby for 6 hours!!! For my trouble I was offered a free oil change and tire rotation. There is absolutely no way I will be returning to this dealership for services I can get elsewhere. I don't mind that the job took 6 hours, what makes me angry is that at no point was I told to expect a 6-hour job. I could have gone home, or back to work instead of wasting my day in an uncomfortable lobby. The staff clearly lacks the kno
