Save yourself time, money, and frustration by bringing your Toyota elsewhere. *Oil changes take 2+ hours. *After buying 4 new tires they didn't do an alignment. Our all wheel drive vehicle obviously didn't handle properly. We brought the car in FIVE times to have them align the tires. The last time they said it wasn't driving right because the tread on our brand new tires was 60% worn and they couldn't warranty our tires because we never rotated our tires at 6k miles. I dug out our old receipts and found they logged our mileage incorrectly. The car wasn't due for a tire rotation. The wear on the tires was from the alignment being off. Still they made the tire distributor eat the cost, even though it was Iron Trails fault. Each of the five visits for an alignment fix was 5+ hours of sitting
