We spoke by phone and he followed up promptly to answer any questions I had. Then it gets better- I went to the dealership and was greeted by Cory and Tobyn. I really try to never review negatively but I can’t help it with this situation. I went out to look at a 2022 RAM TRX they had. Mike Manning informed us that it was in the shop for some minor paint touch ups and he would call me when it was back. Mike let me know it was back on the lot a few days later, so me and my wife drove 45 minutes to the dealership. Once we got there he took us out and started it up but told me I couldn’t get in it or drive it until we agreed on numbers and I agreed to buy the truck. I had never driven a TRX so I didn’t know how it drove or if there was anything wrong with it. I told him I wasn’t going to buy a truck I’ve never been able to get inside and drive. So I was dealing with some other dealers the refused to work with me. I had met one of the james river dealers through a friend that had a very positive experience with the so I thought I would give the a try. I was looking for a challenger they had one. So this car wasn't a cpo car they went out of thier way got the car certified got me a way better internet rate than anybody else I had talked to and was able to get my payments where I wanted them when nobody else seemed to even try. They where extremely transparent on everything that was happening the whole time. And in my personal experience I don't like having to deal with dealers they are usually extremely difficult to work with but these people went way out of thier way to help me get into the car I wanted.
