Everyone one in my truck purchase went above and beyond to have fun and exciting experience! Great group at this dealership! They even detailed the truck I purchased an hour after they locked the doors, and did a remarkable job! They have called several time to even make sure I was happy with the truck, these guys are genuinely caring and treated me like I was part of their family! Also they were all GODLY, which was a big win for me! Down right honest, caring, and respectful group of people at James River Ford in Ozark, MO!!! Highly recommend!

I don't write many reviews but, James River Ford was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had! The team, from start to finish was impressive, the pleasant environment and positive vibes throughout, only added to a great experience. Now, saving the best for last, was our salesman, Jeremy Calce! What a polite, well mannered young man! Jeremy was a no pressure no games kind of salesman we all want. His bright light and personable approach was refreshing and made our experience calm and at ease. He went above and beyond with professional details and his knowledge. I definitely recommend James River Ford in Ozark and ask for Jeremy Calce as your salesman!

Went to a different Ford dealership near my home to look and of course a nice young gentleman came up to me to help and things were good so I decided to asks about a truck and that’s when everything went bad so after 3 days of back and forth and many lies I decided to call James River Ford , what a great bunch of people, they did everything they could to make me feel like I was a family member, I mean everybody in the place walked up and spoke to me and made me feel like they had known me forever then the deal , I had a few issues but hey don’t worry we got you and the next thing I knew I had bought a new truck , it’s a 2026 F250 King Ranch and I couldn’t be happier. That is the first time in a long time that I left a dealership feeling great and if they got me well I’m okwith it . Lol.
