J.E.T.T. Towing - Heavy Duty, Off-Road Recovery & Semi-Truck Repair

Our GPS took us down this dirt road trying to get to a hike, and we got stuck in this nasty mud pile. Tried to get out and nothing was working. Called this tow truck company that tried to scam us. So we called a couple places and this place was THE BEST. Honestly. Dispatcher was super awesome, super cool, and just honestly so easy to talk to as he helped us out. Our driver was so accommodating, made us feel safe, and got us through all the messed up roads. He went above and beyond for us. Honestly, if you’re going to use any towing company I HIGHLY recommend this one!

Excellent towing service. They towed my broken semi truck about 90 miles and everything went perfectly. They showed up right on time, were very professional, and handled the truck with care. The tow took a bit longer than what we originally paid for, but they didn’t charge anything extra. Pricing was fair and very reasonable. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

Jim showed up on time with the correct tow vehicle and equipment. He was professional, took time to evaluate the situation and completed the tow perfectly. He kept me informed of the process every step of the way. He took great care of my vehicle and went out of his way to make sure I could successfully drive my truck to our agreed location.
