Jiffy Lube Oil Change

What a terrible experience I just had a Jiffy Lube in Wake Forest. I paid my 278.00 bill which included a cabin filter and some other stuff. I drive away to notice that my glove compartment is laying broken on the floor of my car. No filter had even been installed I drive back to the shop to be met by the crazy woman working there who confirmed that the filter was never put in my car. She was not concerned that the glove box was laying on the floor. She grabbed my receipt out of my hand and proceeded to threaten me with the police for asking that my car be fixed and filter be installed. Terrible worker, not a good look for Jiffy Lube. I’ll never go there again!

Guys were excellent. Price was a little higher than expected but service was quick and very good. I have to add, I worked at Valvoline 20 years ago. So I know what's expected of jiffy lube and this is the best one I e gone to ever.

Very slow antiquated oil change facility. Never gotten an oil change in less than an hour here. Always seem to be under staffed though the staff is typically very friendly. Really annoying that an ad plays on the TV constantly saying how quick their 15 minute oil change is. I would probably turn it off as it only frustrates customers. I only come here because my vehicle is in a fleet program that uses Jiffy Lube.

I had my car serviced today at Jiffy Lube in Wake Forest, NC. It was the best service I have ever received from a business. It was all due to Deana, the manager there. She was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and made sure everything done to my car was top notch !!! I would recommend that everyone in the area get your vehicle serviced at this Jiffy Lube. I cannot stress enough how great Deana’s customer service was and to her corporate leaders, “She deserves a raise !”.

Denzel was terrific! He explained everything and helped me get a coupon when I asked for assistance. All the guys there were wonderful, efficient & kind. I’ll be back!
