1994 f150 original clutch fluid very low for the second time in a few months. I asked they please diagnose and repair. They just put some fluid in It, said there wasn't anything wrong. I said. How do you suppose the fluid that was in there got out? The truck needed an entire clutch master slave cylinder and the clutch itself. As I said it was the original clutch in the vehicle. Took another vehicle in for inspection. They came and told me that the ball joints needed to be replaced. The ball joints were brand new. I put them in myself. They didn't have 50 mi on them. I asked him to show me and of course they didn't have time for that. Every time we've had to drop off a vehicle they've been professional, quick, knowledgeable and transparent throughout the process. The first vehicle I brought to JK's was my Dodge charger. I brought it in because it was running rough, and the A/C was not working. They charged the A/C system with freon and acted like it would be good to go, failing to mention that the freon might leak out and I'd be in the same boat the following week. (The next shop put dye in the line so they could find out where it was leaking, which I felt was a better plan.) They also diagnosed my Charger with a cracked intake manifold, a very costly repair. I almost had them replace it, but ultimately decided to get a second opinion. It ended up being an 02 sensor.
