Very good company. From the phone call to the bill receipt, I couldn't have asked for a better experience, in my time of need. If I could give 10 stars, that's what they earned!!! I highly recommend using this company!

Joseph (Jody) was the greatest! I was in the middle of nowhere after hitting an elk and it was 24 degrees outside! Really nice guy, was fast getting to me (I was 35 miles away, it was 10pm, he was sleeping when I called and yet he was there to get me about an hour after calling). Incredible response time! He took me to a hotel, took my van with him after dropping me off, then came back the next day so I could grab anything I forgot in the van. After that, he held my van in their lot for a few days till the shop I needed the van to go to was open for them to accept it. Overall made a bad situation much much better. I've used a tow truck a few times before and everyone I dealt with in the past took hours to get to me and then they aren't always friendly. Not the case with these guys! Highly

The dispatcher was polite and helpful and helped me generate and send a pin in my maps app so they could locate me near a forest service road. Then the responder Sean was very capable and friendly and quickly got me winched out of a mud pit, and made sure I was safely back on the road. Very satisfied!

If your needing a wrecker service..you're having a bad day. Johnson's Heavy towing was fantastic in commination from the moment the call for help was made. Their office personnel contacted me immediately to get clear instructions to provide to their driver and made payment arrangements a breeze by providing a link to complete. Driver showed up in a timely matter and got me to the dealership as requested. I would 100 percent recommend Johnson Heavy Towing to anyone needing a hero that doesn't wear a cape.
