Jeremy is good at what he does and is excellent in way more than just a simple repair. He changed the timing chains, guides, and tensioners in my Audi 3.0 TFSI. He kept me updated on the situation the whole time. Jeremy and his team are great ,JP's is the only place in Fairbanks I'd take my stuff if I can't fix it myself. Awesome customer service, quality work, and fair prices.

Took my vehicle in for a coolant system check. The test description stated a pressure test would be done. Only a visual inspection was done due to coolant being full. I stated when I brought the vehicle in I had just topped it off so that it would be full. There was also a smell of burning coolant which they could not find. They Instead gave me a $2100 quote to fix other things on the vehicle unrelated to the coolant system which I declined. Took my vehicle to another shop and they found a coolant leak explaining the burning smell almost instantly. I paid for JPs diagnostics but was overall disappointed with the entire experience.

I'm impressed with the honesty and patience in this shop. The effort to document everything with clearly written explanations, photos and even video is exceptional.

First time using JP’s and I’m pleasantly surprised, the experience was professional from the beginning. they worked on my El Camino truck and is running better than I can remember was not cheap but for good quality work it was worth it. Highly recommend! They prioritize what is best for you and your car versus just trying to make the most money possible. Took my car to another shop in town and they told me I had a leak in my transmission and wanted to repair it right away at a high cost. Took it here to get a second opinion. They confirmed the leak but told me to check my power train warranty first, something the other shop never mentioned. I did and was unfortunately just outside the warranty period. I was fully ready to get the part and pay a couple thousand for repairs but they told me considering the high price I would be okay just topping off the fluid periodically and keep an eye on it. They could have definitely taken me to the bank but were very honest in exploring the best option with me even if it wasn’t the on
