Just bought a 2nd car from Rairdon Kia. It was a very smooth proccess. All reps were friendly and understanding.

While I was in the waiting room, a man who was also waiting commented in the exceptional quality of the service. We discussed it and both agreed that there is an unusual caring and competence, the guys in the frontline at the service desk clearly get pleasure from hosting their customer-guests and being of genuine service. The work is done well, on time, and everything is clearly explained both before and after. AND they washed my car!

I had a rattle under my car I had just purchased. I took it in late in the day and they took it right in with no problem. They not only fixed the rattle but checked it all out did some extra work and didn’t charge me anything. They were all super nice and treated my husband and I both with respect and alleviated all my worries about my new car. Thank you so much for such great customer service!

Went in here yesterday for a coolant issue, we figured out it was a clutch fan. Well we got the price quoted. Well they were trying to charge me for the diagnostic fee of $189 which is crazy if I'm gonna pay you for the repair. After we talked he took $100 off the diagnostic fee which was an appreciated, however upon going over the paperwork. There was a clutch fan and an axle seal. This is where the problem is I was told $1650 out the door, but he said he made a mistake and didn't charge me for labor which made absolutely no sense. Well the deal is they were wanting originally $471.20 which is parts were only $130.98 and labor per their shop being $189 an hour was $340.22 since the book says 1.8 hours which should have already been included in the $471.20. He told me it was gonna be $2022
