Kendall Toyota of Fairbanks

I am writing this review to share a highly disappointing experience my daughter recently had with this dealership. As someone who works at a dealership, and whose husband is a salesman at a Toyota dealership in Missouri, we understand the importance of customer service and how a brand should be represented. Unfortunately, the service provided here fell far short of the standard we expect from Toyota. My daughter contacted the dealership regarding a vehicle and spoke with a salesman named Corey. She was informed that the vehicle was not ready and would not be available for several weeks. When she requested pictures of the interior, Corey told her to give him a few minutes and he would get back to her. He never did. There was no follow-up, no response, and absolutely no communication therea

I purchased my Subaru over 10 years ago and have brought it back for regular maintenance ever since. David consistently provides genuine customer service. He’s helpful, caring, efficient, knowledgeable, and clear in his communication. I’m truly grateful for David and the team at Kendall Toyota and Subaru. Their professionalism is why I continue to trust them with my vehicle.

It was time for a new, but a bit smaller of a pickup truck for me. I researched mid sized truck reliability. Toyota was in the top three, in most categories that are important to me. And by good luck the exact truck & color I researched was on Toyota show room floor. Came to the dealership, talked with Ken for just a few minutes and a test ride was on its way. Got back to the Toyota dealership and informed Ken I would be by tomorrow for my new 2026 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport. And you know the rest of the story. Very pleased.

Service managers, technicians, sales people, supervisors, finance and office staff consistently provide a stellar customer service experience at Kendall Toyota Fairbanks. Calls, appointment scheduling, maintenance tasks, communication, and follow through are consistently handled in a professional, timely, and friendly way. They stand behind the quality brands they sell and keep their clients safely and reliably on the road. Highly recommend.

I scheduled an appointment back in January for march 10th to have a recall fixed on my 2025 Tundra. They just called me and asked to reschedule in May. They told me they are behind because of the weather but in reality it’s because they’re understaffed in service because all the other dealerships in the area offer better pay to their technicians. 2 month rescheduling is absolutely unacceptable
