I have had a bunch of work done there on my subaru, they are honest trustworthy, skillful, and very accommodating! Prices are fair, I would rather have them fix my car!

This was my second time using lake region imports for maintenance on my Subarus. Both times they far exceeded my expectations in price, quality of work performed and getting the job done in a timely manner. I dropped my wife’s car off after breaking down and by 1pm the next day they were finished replacing my CV axle. I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I won’t trust anyone else with my vehicles.I have had terrible experiences with Subaru dealerships. This place is a breath of fresh air!

Five stars is not enough! My neighbor lost his brakes on his Subaru outback and needed help finding a garage to get it fixed so I played middleman calling around to a couple places. Had the vehicle towed to a garage close by and shortly after looking at it that garage decided it was more than they could handle. That's when I called Lake Region Imports. Extremely knowledgeable staff knew exactly what the repair would entail and was able to look at the car within a few days. They found a couple other things that needed attention but never made it feel like they were trying to upsell or try to sell extra work. Lake region imports definitely go above and beyond! Plus the total was actually less than the original quote. I would highly recommend them.

A couple of weeks ago our only car literally self-destructed (rust) and my partially disabled husband and I needed a.replacement immediately. I was able to find a very nice "new" Forester. It did need new brakes, so I wasn't sure when it would be ready, but the amazing guys at Lake Region hustled to get it all done the very next day so I could save money on a daily rental! We are totally loyal to Subaru and would never buy from any place but Lake Region, nor would we.ever go anywhere for maintenance and repairs but Lake Region. They are extremely skilled, knowledgeable, honest and fair. Would not recommend taking your car here. They lie! After they replaced my engine (with a new one $7500) I still had problems with no heat. Its been over a year and bringing it back to have heater core unclogged multiple times,at my expense. They wanted me to replace heater core which was already done ($1200 repair). Took it to someone else and found the thermostat was not properly installed,radiator cap was bad and the heater core is not clogged. Now I wonder if I really needed a new motor ,I should have got a 2nd opinion from someone else. Run far away from this business unless you like throwing your money away.
