Lee Collision Repair Center

Came to Lee Collision Center after a fender-bender where another driver hit the back side of my 2018 Honda Fit. GREAT customer service - Pam is amazing. She was incredibly responsive and helped me navigate the process with the insurance (this was my first accident) and helped me feel more at ease with the process. Repair work looks great and I got my car back 1 week earlier than expected

Had our van repaired and they were easy to work with, especially since we don't live there and did it all over the phone. They sent a wrecker to another city to pick it up and worked easily with the insurance company. We had some additional work done and everything looks good as new. I only would recommend that they keep the customer updated better on the status.

I went to them when my paint was chipping (turns out it is a common problem with my year’s super white paint) and they told me it would be close to $3,000 to redo 3 panels of my car. Ira Toyota looked up my warranty and is repainting my entire car for free as it is under warranty, something Lee didn’t even look into.

I took my Dodge minivan to Lee after an accident. Being from out of town, they were closest to the accident site. Deb, the office administrator was absolutely fantastic! Unfortunately, thatst where it ended. After a week, the car was still dittsit where the tow truck dropped it off. Was told it may be 5-6 weeks. After getting my car towed home, I called the GM who truly took the bull by the horns. Hopefully, things get better. If not for Deb, I would have posted a much worse review. She truly saves that dealership. 5 stars to her....0 stars to them repairing vehicle. She was awesome!

Lee Collision did an outstanding job on my Vehicle. I would recommend Lee to anyone. If you want a Perfect job done they can do it. Thank you Pam and the crew.
