Leesburg Auto Finance

My initial thoughts about Leesburg auto finance were good. I had reas the reviews and overall they seem like a decent place that has been around for decades. I saw the bad reviews and was like well I’m not looking to get a jeep or anything big. I ended up purchasing a ford escape. This has been the worst car experience of ever had. Before purchasing the vehicle there was a leak in the a/c valve which they fixed immediately and even gave me an extended warranty. When it started leaking a month later that offered to fix it. Which was great but here we are 5-6 months of owning the car and I’m still financing a car I can’t drive because the transmission/ turbocharger is going out. The car has less than 100,00 miles but yet I’m still have these problems. I wouldn’t recommend buying from dealer

I waited a year to post my unbiased review so that I could give a fair opinion of my experience with Leesburg Auto Finance. I purchased my rebuilt 2011 Ford F150 Supercab in April 2019 (they also sell clean-titled vehicles as well). A year later and my new-to-me truck has been bulletproof and given me around 7k miles of trouble-free service. My purchase experience was positive and Paul Walker and the gentleman in the back (sorry, I forgot your name) were helpful and straightforward, even showing me the auction pics of the truck with prior to it being repaired. They also provided me with some background on the types of vehicles they look for at auction when rebuilding them. They sold me a jeep with a bent axle. So heres my experience. The catalytic converter went out right away on my drive home. They were on top of it and said hey no problem we will fix it. Unfortunately that took me driving to the dealership 3 times on my off days a hour drive each way for them to get the right part and repair it. They asked how they could make it up for the inconvenience and i said hey if you can install my lift then we are good. They agreed. I took it in to get the repair done and stated that there is a leak and it seemed to be from the differential. The guy there assured it would all be resolved. After having my jeep for a 5 days they were finally done. I get home... and theres still a leak. Called in about it. They said yeah that would have taken more time to get to

It's been couple decades since I bought my car from Leesburg Auto finance. Don't know if Paul remembers me I bought a 1991 mercury Capri convertible silver wanted the Miata but he didn't have any back then. Anyways I remember the process and he was honest with me I put like $700 down and got financed instantly through credit. acceptance. Would love to buy one of those jeeps on the lot. How about a gift. I bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from here about a year ago. The car is still running great. I am so happy with my car. I am so grateful for Leesburg Auto Finance. At first, the car had a few problems. However, Paul made sure that everything was fixed free of charge! Paul was very knowledgeable and honest. I would definitely recommend this dealership!
