LOUDOUN MOTOR CARS

I bought a new 2012 Volkswagen Golf from here about a month ago. Extremely patient, went over everything with me, and when were signing papers it went extremely smooth, was in and out in 10 minutes. Good a good car with no hassle, for a good price.

Amazing customer service. Was very helpful throughout the entire process. I couldn’t be happier with my new car. I am very grateful. I was also accepted without a credit score, they helped me so much. They help you obtain your dream car! I would recommend this dealership to anyone! Very satisfied :) A very special thanks to Fareed, he was super helpful. From start to finish he was able to make sure that I was happy with the car I bought. He helped me out as a first car buyer.

In all my years of buying cars for myself and/or my sons, this was by far the best experience I have ever had. I have spent 3+ hours at other dealerships trying to buy a car for cash (seriously?!?), so when the entire process from "I want to buy this car" to "we're all done, thanks for coming in" took less than 15 minutes, I was shocked. Also, two days later after we realized there was a missing lense cover on one of the fog lights, they offered to get us new ones....which they did! Thanks Ali!!

Excellent, professional, & Service Orioented, Top Quality Customer Service. My husband and I actually had a fight on the morning before we went to Loudoun Motor Cars because we were exhausted from going to used car lots and we did NOT want to visit another dealership on Pleasant Valley Drive! However after much convincing we went ONLY to look at 1 car at Loudoun Motor Cars and if it didn’t look like a reputable place we were leaving. However when we left, Fareed had restored our belief in humanity and buying a car again. He was wonderful. Knowledgeable, kind, understanding, & personable. And he brought the car to us with a full tank of gas after fixing the items we requested to be looked at for final sale! We will definitely buy her again and send all our family and friends here!

Bought a Vehicle in Dec 2024, figured I’d hold off making a review to make sure all was well with the car. Very quick purchase, after selecting the car we wanted and test driving we were in and out since we paid cash. The vehicle a 2015 Odyssey has been great and we’ve added around 20k miles on the van so far. There has been a few minor issues but that’s expected, a parking sensor switch went bad($5 fix from Amazon) and the front sway bars had to be replaced ($250 total). We’ve done normal preventative maintenance items as well including the coolant, transmission fluid and normal oil changes. Just know how to inspect cars when you test drive them and look at them and you will find some great vehicles here. Hopefully will be back for a Tundra within the next few months or so if available
