Loudoun Used Cars

I recently purchased a 2015 Jaguar XF from Loudon Cars in Leesburg, VA, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, honest, and incredibly easy to work with. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, which is rare when buying a car. The vehicle was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. Loudon Cars went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and confident with my purchase. They were transparent about the car’s history, answered all of my questions, and never pressured me at any point. What really stood out was their customer service. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I drove away satisfied. It’s clear they take pride in what t

This dealership is amazing me n my husband had 3 days to find a car! We found his Web site we called and asked about 2 of the cars, he met us at the shop early let us test drive and go over the cars as long as we wanted, alone not following us around like most places! We left the lot with 2 new cars and they have ran amazing since! All cars that we seen were very clean and advertised true to word!!!! If I need a new car in the future I'm definitely calling him first!!! Amazing guy n great cars!!!

I just bought a second car from this dealership. They are very open and honest with you about the cars, and are super helpful. I definitely recommend going to them! It was so easy getting in my new to me car.

Very disappointed. They lied about the car’s condition. They turned off the engine light by computer before selling it. After I bought it, the engine light came back on, and I had to spend $5,300 to fix it. Be careful when buying a car from these guys — they may hide problems by turning off the engine lights and similar tricks.

I bought this 2013 Acura with 103k miles on it. Just over 3k later it broke down stranding my wife and kids on the highway 4 hours from home and needs a new engine that costs 7,500$$. Buyer beware
