Lube Works Pit Stop / Valvoline Express Care

Went in on Wednesday 12/31/2025 to get an oil change. Everything seemed great until I got back home. Found two of my valve stem caps were gone, checked the oil and it was a quart and a half low and the washer fluid lid was left off. If you’re gonna charge $99 for an oil change I would think you would complete the job. Even gave them a $10 tip. There was a reason why I don’t go to these oil change places and this experience confirms will never go back. The ford dealer will do it for $65 and rotate the tires

well I hate to say it's been awhile since I got my oil changed. we showed up right at a good time there was only one car ahead the oil change was very quick didn't have to wait too long the gentleman who took my information was very nice obviously there's sticker shock when it comes to the cost it was $87 and I have a Subaru Forester so I guess it's been a long time but I guess that's the going rate I was well pleased and then at the end my latch To My Hood hasn't been closing and they actually took the time to fix it and that was a bonus so anyone who takes time to fix a latch when you don't have to that gets high marks in my book so I was very grateful

They are very quick and helpful I can say that the price is right because they check outher wearables not just change oil. I will drive the 1.2 hours to have them do the work

Went in today and had great service at a reasonable price. The gentleman who took my information was polite and explained how to check my oil life and filter on the dash of my car. There's a "bucket" that says gratuities accepted. He seemed surprised when I said keep the change. Kudos for helping me understand the information on my dash. Also thank you for being open on a Saturday.
