LUV Car Wash - Pooler Pkwy

WARNING!! Use at your own risk. My daughter took her car there, was put on the automatic track system, car in front of her got stuck and the machine kept my daughters car moving which then ran into the car in front of her. The car was not drivable with over $3000 worth of damage. Their employee did an incident report stating it was their fault and said corporate would be in touch. We had police come out to file a report which also said it was their fault. We had car towed. After 3 voicemails and 4 emails, corporate finally contacted me back stating they had not received the report. I sent them the police report then she contacted store and finally got internal report. Then we were contacted saying they denied liability because their video showed the car in front of us had turned her steer

These guys were amazing! Friendly and very helpful. We drove from Canada and stopped by to get all the salt off and job they did was above and beyond!! Special shout out to my man Devon for taking care of us!!! 💪💪

This is the second time I’ve been disappointed by Luvs. Paid for the top tier package only to be met with tire shine splattered all over my car when I got home. If I wanted to pay $30 to wipe my car down at home, I’d clean the whole thing my damn self

Amazing car wash! absolutely recommend to anyone in the area! really good suction on their free vacuums, also provide you with rags and glass cleaner. The entire experience was a 10/10 Devin was outstanding! I’ve never been to a car wash before and he was extremely helpful and patient with me explaining all the different choices I had and explained how the whole process worked. Made me feel very comfortable and will 100% be coming back!!!

Dave and Matt were awesome today! Matt power washed my car before the car wash so that I could get better results. He took his time and my experience wasn’t rushed. Dave helped me locate where I could Put air in my tires and helped me sign up for a membership. I’ll be back!
