This is not only the worst body shop I have ever been to, it is one of the worst business I have ever had to deal with. Our car had a small ding from a shopping cart that unfortunately cracked the paint, so paintless dent removal wasn’t an option. They took our car and told us it would be ready in 3 days. They never called us back, we called them and they said it was ready so we drove there and the door was a completely different shade of white than the rest of our car. We could see this before we even walked up to it. When we got closer there was over spray all over the A pillar and windshield. The owner had a mean and angry attitude, but agreed to “try his best” to fix it properly. He told us it this was trouble than it was worth. Again this was simple door ding, not a big deal. He said

My car was taken to this body shop for repairs or what not. I needed my belongings out of it. I called and told them that due to traffic I wouldn't get there until 4 min before closing. He said to go ahead and come on he'd wait for me and allow me to get my things. That was awesome!!!! Not sure his name but he was very accommodating.

Great customer service, great job painting the hood of my Trax, looks better then when it was brand new, and great price, on a job very well done!!! Thank you!!! You guys are just awesome!!!

10/10 recommend! With part delays and staffing shortages across the nation, every place I contacted couldn’t get me in for 6-8 weeks just for an estimate. Brady was very responsive and accommodating and got me in for an estimate and repairs completed within just a few weeks. The car looks great and the entire team was extremely helpful/professional. Thanks guys!

My fiancé and I took our vehicle in and lead my fiance’ to believe they would get the vehicle in and out. We called to inquire a few times over 2 weeks and they kept saying they are waiting on headlight. When they contacted us this past Friday and said it was ready it was not! They were still waiting on a trim piece and the car was not back to original condition! There was minimal damage and only a couple parts to have to order but has been in shop 2 1/2 wks so far and still waiting! Also on top of that they had my fiancé pay the $500 deductible and the full amount for the vehicle! We have over $1000 out in rental vehicle as well. Horrible experience for my fiance and her family, as well who are also dealing w the horrible experience!
