These folks helped me out with finding my transmission dipstick and that wasn’t so easy. They didn’t have to do that. Good folks.

Worst experience of my life. Have a warranted battery, called multiple locations along with this shop & NO ONE would give me a battery. Told me to call them when I got "stranded" and they would order me a battery. Still never ordered me one. If I could give them a lower rating I would, will NEVER use them again.

I had a great interaction with Bailey and kirby. They were both pleasant and helpful. Both seemed very knowledgeable about parts and uses.

The employees went above and beyond to help me and I was very grateful. We were 1000 miles from home and pulling a 40' fifth wheel camping trailer back to CO. I had a low tire and had stopped in 3 other places and no operational air at any of them. Thinking I would have to buy an air compressor to fix my problem I stopped into NAPA. After explaining my problem the young lady had me go around to the alley behind the building and pulled out a small air compressor and we filled the tire up. I bought some other items but I was extremely impressed with the customer service at this store.

Staff were very knowledgeable about OBD2 scan tools and with there help was able to find the one for me
