NAPA Auto Parts - Heinrich Auto Parts

I have been going to this store since the 90s, and they generally suck. The prices tend to be higher, the customer service is so poor that I only go to them if they have the part I need. But the bad attitude from staff makes this transaction always annoying. Go to autozone for more friendly help, and still have access to basically all the same parts. Probably cheaper, and you'll have a nice conversation with the people there. Avoid Napa. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they do have good parts and tools. This is a judgment from over 25 years of doing my own car work, and doing business with them. I have been to other Napa shops, and have had very good experiences (shout out to the good folks at grants pass). It is specifically the people who run that shop.

We had car problems on our way out of town and stoped at the NAPA auto parts. They used there code reader and helped us get the right spark plugs. They also were kind enough to provided us with tools so we could change out the spark plugs in the parking lot. They were so kind to us and helpful. I highly recommend this store!

Napa has always been my choice for auto parts and hydraulic hoses. It is also a good place for tools, hand tools, specialty tools, power tools, and a host of other good things. Some napas are better stocked than others. Generally, the older the place, the better stocked they are. This one had everything I needed this time. Thanks.
