NAPA Auto Parts

I ordered a car battery online for pickup and went to pick it up the next day. When I arrived to pick it up, the only employee there had a hard time finding my order, because whoever labeled it the day before didn't bother moving it to their pickup area. I was then told I would have to install the battery myself and bring back the old one for a refund. He said they can't change anyone's battery or even scan check engine codes because the surrounding businesses complain. I went home and changed my battery and brought back the old one the next day. My old car battery was a high performance lightweight AGM battery that was slightly smaller than the original. When I took it inside the store, the cashier was unsure how to ring it up in their computer system, so he asked the manager. The manager

Absolutely the best experience. The guys were so helpful and polite and patient. Store is very clean and well stocked. What they didn’t have they ordered. Much better than some of the other locations. Thank you for being so helpful!

The manager was amazing came in with no clue about a part he walked me through every step including the easiest way to fix the problem wish I could rate higher than 5 starts if you ever need any help with car parts or knowledge terry and his incredible staff are always willing to help

Traveling through and had a wiper failure on our motor home. Craig had a listing for the parts we needed and had them available for us that afternoon. Trip was saved by NAPA! Great customer service.
