NAPA Auto Parts

Asked my wife to pick up a part for me. She was disgusted by the smell of pot and the laziness of the employees as they kept her waiting while they chatted about a motorcycle driving test. After a few minutes of waiting, they told her to go to the back where she encountered more employees relaxing. Then they told her she needed to go back the front to get more paperwork. Needless to say, she was disgusted, frustrated, and it's all my fault because I asked her to stop in since she was in the area.

They have a ton of parts and are fairly priced! Very friendly!

I like this store a lot because of the products they carry. I got a good deal on a car battery. Today's visit was disappointing however. The staff I interacted with were all rather grumpy. I know that sometimes people have bad days so I'm basically ignoring this but it sure would have been nice to talk to some cheerful people.

Bought a cabin filter for my vehicle they are very helpful there

Very helpful and accommodating staff. We were traveling through town, so we didn't have tools or supplies. We bought what we needed, borrowed what they had available, and fixed our car in about an hour. Everyone there was very understanding of our situation and very nice. Great experience.
