NC Inspection Center at the Factory

I was recommended to come here for my inspection. Steven M. greeted me with a warm smile on a rainy day. I didn’t know what to expect as I usually take it to the dealership. Before I could get comfortable in my chair Steven said it was complete ! What ?! OMG .. I was prepared to sit for awhile !! Excellent service, clean waiting area and I was able to go about my day effortlessly knowing my car passed inspection. Check this place out ! Tell them I sent you !

I went in to get an inspection and was greeted by Steven. He was very professional and got my vehicle taken care of relatively quickly! I will definitely be back to have my other vehicles inspected here soon!

I came on a Friday after 3pm. I happened to call ahead and there was only one car in line, so I made my way over. When I got there, I was waited on right away. They ask that you leave your key in the car after they check your registration. Was done with everything in about 10-15 minutes.

I have gone to this location for at least two years. My car is a 2019 that came with stock tint (purchased brand new). In the past 5 years I was never charged for it yet today I was. On top of that, when I was leaving my inside lights wouldn’t shut off and I needed to go back because I couldn’t figure out what was done. The guy who worked on my car (Jeremiah) simply said sorry I don’t know I can’t help you. Thankfully the older tech was able to figure it out after 10 minutes. This location is convenient but it all comes down to who you get when it comes to what you will be charged for and the service you receive.
