Nelson Auto Center of Fergus Falls

Our experience with Travis was excellent as always. We leased a new pickup yesterday and were very pleased with how everything went. Travis always goes above and beyond to make sure we have all of the info we need to make our decision. We have worked with Travis for years and are always very pleased after our purchase.

Bought my first Ford last night and went to Nelson in Fergus Falls. I’ve purchased countless vehicles over the years and I must say the team at Nelson has been by far the best to work with. They are very knowledgeable and kind and were very accommodating. Picture your typical dealership experience (not usually fun, right?) Nelson is the opposite of that. Strongly recommend the team at Nelson if considering a new vehicle. Worth the drive for those out of town, like myself. Keep up the great work, and a big shout out to Troy for working hard to get me the deal I needed.

Jaydon Ollila, the best car agent you’ll find!! He listens well and gives you the best customer service you deserve. He works fast, is honest and is quite considerate. I can’t thank him enough for helping me get the most perfect car I’ve ever driven! I’m definitely a lifelong customer of Nelson Auto Center. The manager, the Finance person were also terrific!

I wasn’t going to write a review, but I decided I should in case I could spare anyone the trouble that I went through. At no point as a customer did I feel I was being taken care of. I tried selling them a car, and was given the run around for three days when it came to them giving me a check. When I went into the office to confront them it was discovered that my paperwork was lost, and followed by a lot of finger pointing to other employees. I took my business to College way auto and got paid within the hour. I would encourage everyone to take their business to college way auto, but if you MUST go to Nelson I will tell you to avoid salesman Travis like the plague. His demeanor and attitude are shitty at best and I’m telling you right now, he does not value the customer.

Exceptional service, sales, and support teams! You no more than step in the door and are greeted by a handful of smiling faces. Quick lane oil change services are very timely and the staff works hard to make sure that your needs are met. 10/10!!
